COE Prices
The latest Certificate of Entitlement premium for every vehicle category, and how it moved from the exercise before.
A Certificate of Entitlement (COE) is what gives a vehicle the legal right to be registered and used on Singapore's roads for up to 10 years — it's bid for separately from the vehicle itself, in a twice-monthly open exercise run by LTA. Category A covers cars up to 1600cc and 97kW; Category B covers larger cars; Category C is for goods vehicles and buses; Category D is for motorcycles; Category E ("Open") can be used for any vehicle type except motorcycles, and its premium usually tracks whichever of A or B is higher.
